I just purchased Razer Nommo Chroma speakers today and it appears that my SBX 720 Sound Blaster Connect app gets disabled whenever I turn the speakers on. I need to be able to completely adjust my audio levels since I live in a complex that has thin walls. Or just not use speakers and only use headphones(which I won't do). Normally the app looks like this But when I turn the speakers on I get this I was hoping someone had a remedy to this that they could share. Thank you!

Hi there! Is the Nommo Chroma set as the default audio device? Can you share a screenshot of your Sound settings?

Sure, as you can see it is set as the default device. From what I could find, it's OEM software and only works as if you plug in to analog. That is most likely my issue. I tried using the AUX chord to the PC headphone jack but that only produces sound out of the left speaker.

Thanks for the reply. You should be able to control the Nommo Pro through Synapse. As for the issue with the AUX cable, are you using a combo jack? Let me know.

Synapse works fine but the 3 presets aren't what I need. I want to be able to adjust the levels to my liking like I can in SB connect. As far as combo jack I assume you mean input and output combo then yes. I use headset on the jack just fine.

Thanks for the reply. Have you tried using a different AUX cable to see if the issue persists? Also, please try connecting the aux cable to other devices (like a laptop or mobile phone with a 3.5mm audio port) to see if the same thing happens. Let me know through PM how it goes.
