my keyboard is acting up, whenever i press the R key it also activates the E, so whenever i am typing and press R it outputs er, this is especially annoying when playing games

    Have you checked if the issue happens while the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed? Try connecting the keyboard to another USB port or computer and see if the behavior continues.
