I'm sure this has been asked before, given how many people seem to have the issue online, but my Raiju TE is an absolute mess currently.



It arrived today to replace a PowerA Spectra Enhanced that I was using on my PC until the RB broke. I bought the Raiju as it has 'plug & play' PC compatibility . . . . Apparently. But it is all a bit wonky frankly, some things work fine, many things don't work at all.



This is a timeline of sorts of it all -



* Set switch to PC Wired option, connected to PC. Device installed as expected.

* Device manager doesn't show Raiju TE etc, only ever mentions 'HID Compatible blah blah blah'.

* Opened battlenet and launched Warzone. Controller didn't work.

* Went into control panel and opened the controller test. This worked fine, all buttons/sticks registered.

* Tried game again. Nothing worked. (This also happens in BT to PC mode even after setting it up).

* Tried firmware update, but I have the latest one.

* Tried to find the newest TE XInput driver possible. Nothing changed.

* Tried to use DS4Windows, after setting it up it wouldn't recognise the controller as being connected.

* Lauched a game via Steam, controller worked now, audio through my connected headset too.

* Tried to launch Warzone as a 'non steam game', controller didn't work.

* Removed the previous controller from devices & printers.

* Launched Warzone, nothing. Toggled the rear switch and back, suddenly controller worked.

* Started an actual match in Warzone, controller didn't work anymore. Defaulted to keyboard.

* Audio wasn't working in the game either, yet the mic built into the headset was working.

* More faffing.

* Eventually got audio in Warzone and the controller working in menus only. In-game it won't work to move the character.

* Weirdly, the menu button does work, and the controls work to move through the menus in a game. But exit the menu back to the game and the controller stops working entirely again.

* Tried InputMapper 1.7, set it to emulate a 360 controller. Still not working.



And that is where I am now after a few hours of misery to be honest. If I could have got a Wolverine for reasonable money I would have as I understand that just works. But the Raiju being advertised as plug & play for pc made me buy it. I just want a solution that I can implement otherwise I'll have to just return it and find something else (just not mouse and keyboard). If anyone can offer any solutions that would be pretty great.
