Raiju Ultimate won't connect with Apex Legends

My Raiju Ultimate (PS4 edition) isn't usable with apex legends anymore. a week ago it worked fine. since 3 days nothing. contacted razer support they ''can't help me cause it's EA problem'' . EA says it's not the problem of them also SO WHO'S PROBLEM IS IT?! my controller works fine with other stuff. like uno in ubisoft store or i can use it as a steam controller if i choose the right driver. there is just a problem with apex legends which wasn't there a week ago. deinstalled and reinstalled everything. still nothing. really don't know what the problem could be !

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, are you using the controller on PC or on PS4? In any case, please PM me your ticket number so I can review what previously transpired when you reached out to our Support team.

I was trying to use my raiju ultimate on PC. it worked on other games. but not Apex Legends. It worked for a few hours. then it just stoped. yesterday I but my PC back to factory settings. after then it worked. Then my PC wanted to install Razer Synapse. The controller stopped working. Then i Deinstalled Razer Synapse and the controller worked again. I'm confused. I would need Synapse to make setups for my Tartarus. But as soon as i install it the controller won't work in apex legends.

Does the controller work with other games with Synapse running in the background? This looks like a software issue, to be honest, and Apex Legends may be actively blocking Synapse or Razer Cortex. Shoot me a PM so we can further isolate the issue.

after trying to reinstall razer synapse. I have to say it doesn't work. it won't open... i googled for help, did a few things like running as admin, reinstalling again.. nothing works....

Did it get worse after reinstalling the device drivers? PM me the serial number of your controller, I'd like to look into possible firmware fixes.
