Raiju Ultimate Wont Connect via USB or App

The controller powers via the USB port but will not show in Synapse or device manager whether in USB or BT mode. I also downloaded the Raiju app and it wouldnt connect to the controller there either. The connection options in the app were connect via USB-C which the controller doesnt have or in bt it asks to press home and start buttons which dont exist on the controller? It did manage to update the firmware so it is there but just not recognised. I am really stuck. Thanks in advance.

    That is to be expected since your Raiju Ultimate is not supported by Synapse. However, you should be able to configure its mapping, sensitivity, etc., from its mobile app. Please send me a screenshot or a short video clip showing the issue. That'll help me get a good grasp of the situation and assist you accordingly. Let's take it from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
