Hello!
First, my used gear:
- Razer Blade 16 (2024)
- Razer Deathstalker v2 TKL
- Razer Deathadder v3 Hyperspeed
The 2 peripherals are connected via a single HS dongle.
Now, every once in a while, I get up from my desk to do other things than game. When I come back, both peripherals will have gone to sleep mode. Which is fine for various reasons.
But on wake, at least one key is always stuck. Sometimes it would be the CTRL or ALT key, sometimes the middle mouse or right mouse button. Recently I once had the “Ö” key be stuck (DE layout).
To resolve, I have to find the stuck key and press it once. It is annoying because seemingly it does fire, so for instance mouse buttons pressed means I am unable to use left or right click for that time, or any key press on the keyboard will result in it being registered as CTRL+ that key.
I assume this is some Razer Synapse or firmware issue?
During operation I never notice any stuck keys.
Any suggestions?
