Random Screen Dimming

have a 2018 blade 15 adv and the screen randomly dims. I've already seen the thread about the intel graphics command center. as you see here, (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2049/~/the-screen-brightness-on-my-razer-blade-change-while-switching-applications) there is a fourth tab labeled power which simply doesn't exist on mine, which is the current version. ideas?

Please check if your graphics card drivers are up to date: • For Intel - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28425/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant • For NVIDIA - https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us Should the issue persists, please send me the following, so I can check your laptop details closely: a. MSinfo logs. b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) c. BIOS main tab. d. Screenshot of Nvidia/Intel Driver Version: (Press Windows+R on your keyboard. Type in DXDIAG into the run command text box and hit OK. Then click on YES. Click on the Display 1 and 2 tabs and look for the graphics driver version on the right side.) Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.
