Raptor 27 165 RGB disabled when Synapse is open.

This seems to be new from the last version of Synapse, because it was working previously. Now, if I close synapse, I see the random default effect work on the RGB, but as soon as I start Synapse it turns off and if I go in the app, I see the lighting section of the monitor is greyed out and I can't select it. So it is not a question of it being off in the app. It is also not off in the Monitor Menu itself because again, the RGB turns on when I close Synapse. So it is really Synapse disabling the functionality

Have you tried restarting your computer and the Razer Raptor and check if the behavior persists? Try repairing or clean reinstalling the app? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM including the device's serial number so I can check its available updates. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
