Raser Ornata V3 X stuck on "detecting".

I have just bought me this keyboard and I am able to use it. However I wanted to turn off gaming mode since I can’t use my windows key while playing games.
I Downloaded synapse 4 and and checked if it detected my device, however the devices section showed a box with my keyboard’s name but it just shows a spinning circle with “detecting”. I have tried several things like firmware updates and clean installing / repairing.
Even restaring my pc did not resolve the issue. I have also found something that I hope helps with helping me fix this: In my device manager, the keyboard does not show up but it does in my devices section within settings.

My keyboard is plugged in via USB port on my PC

The TUF gaming is my mouse, which appears on both the keyboiard and mouse sections (still works as a mouse).

Thank you for your time.

I have the exact same problem...

I have had the Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard for about a year or two now with no issues, but I have recently started having an issue where the RGB effects will randomly flicker through many different colors when I have it set to the static setting. I was getting annoyed by this so I decided to see if I needed to update the firmware or something and I followed the steps on the Razer website, found my keyboard, downloaded the updater, but then it said connect the keyboard. No matter which usb  port I use on my pc, it never detects it. Obviously it is connected because that is how I am writing this post. Any fix for the flickering or how to update the firmware would be greatly appreciated.

Also having this issue and the firmware updater issues. I have opened a support ticket as my keyboard is still under warranty. Hopefully can get some help.

Update, It no longer just says “detecting”.
It says “ COngrats for getting razer ornata connected...” and shows ‘restart synapse required”
I’ve restarted it several times, zero change.

I’ll stay in touch if I find a solution

Angryloaf, out.

Hey all!

I manage to do it. First delete Synapse 4 and all apps chroma rgb, thx spatial ect...all.

Install Synapse 3 and  see the keyboard in synapse 3.  Restar pc and start installing synapse 4. Synapse 4 uninstall the 3 and when start 4, show and work the keyboard.
