Rattling and High Frequency Noise

Hello, I bought my Razer Bldade 2020 (Base) today from Best Buy. I'm just doing the May 2020 Windows update right now and the fans seem to occasionally run in a high throttle. Regardless of how fast or loud the fan gets, I am hearing two different irritating noises. The first one is the rattling noise which gets so much louder as the enitre fan spins faster. The second one is much higher pitched that goes along with the rattle. Has anyone experineced this issue? and how can I troubleshoot it?
