Hello,

I use a Raza Naga Left Handed Edition and 3 days ago an error came up saying “CRP disabled” and the mouse was not detected at all by the laptop & the RGB lights were off. I searched the internet and it says the CRP is a firmware on the mouse board and needs a flash of a new firmware. I looked at the Razer website and there is no firmware for the Naga Left Handed Edition. Where do I get the firmware for the Naga Left Handed Edition?

Thx.

i also have this issue, i suspect it maybe an issue with Razer Synapse 4? my mouses lights were flickering real fast then all of a sudden just STOPPED working & now whenever i unplug & plug it back in i get the CRP DISABLED usb device now

I tried plugging in a second Left Naga brand new out of the box (I bought 2 when they came back out of fear of discontinuing again 😅)

And the moment I deleted the Default set and let it try to use my 2 previous sets it started acting up the same. Is this a Synapse issue not supporting this mouse anymore I wonder?

try PMing Razer.sushi.boi on Razer Insider, he helped me make sure it was defective (even tho it worked previously) it was a firmware issue & they currently do not have a firmware updater for LH Naga, he processed a RMA request & i was given a label the next business day to send to them, its shitty that we gotta wait for our products back BUT sushi boi was fantastic & was FAST at replying to every msg i sent him & he didnt mess around, or waste your time. he asks what you’ve done alrdy & just confirms it so he can process the request swiftly

Hi @Razer.sushi.boi
I saw in a recent thread that you've been helping Naga Left-Handed Edition owners with the CRP DISABLED firmware corruption issue. I'm in the same situation:

- **Product:** Razer Naga Left-Handed Edition (RZ01-03410100-R3M1)
- **Issue:** 2 out of 3 units bricked after Synapse 4 attempted to write profiles. Both show CRP DISABLED in Device Manager and appear as mass storage drives with only a firmware.bin file. No input whatsoever.
- **Existing ticket:** Case #260325-000894

I still have one working unit left but I'm keeping it away from Synapse 4 until this is resolved.

Could you help me get an RMA started for both bricked units? I rely on these mice daily for work as a left-handed user and there is currently no alternative product available.

As the mouse can’t be configured in Synapse 4, could you provide a install source for synapse 3

Thanks in advance,
Christian

Hi,

i’ve got the same problem today. As soon as it has autoupdated to synapse 4 and imported the profiles from Synapse 3 using the in-app tool, my Naga Left-Handed stopped working as other users say. Now it opens a windows with “CRP Disabled” every time i try to connect it.

If someone find a way to restore this would be awesome, since i use the mouse in my daily work aswell.

I find this lack of consideration on the part of Razer towards its buyers very disappointing, considering the high price and quality of its products.

Thanks in advance to all who help.

Nicola
