So I've had this mouse for 2 days and I got it from Amazon. When I opened it I saw that the rubber pads at the bottom of the mouse was kinda worn out. There is also the sensor on the bottom too. Is it meant to light up? My one doesnt light up but it works. Also my scroll wheel sometimes acts up a bit. Like when I use it for games I use it to switch between items by scrolling up and down but sometimes it doesnt work and for example if I scroll up it doesnt switch. I really don't want to go through the process of returning it. Any advice of how to fix it?, and if this mouse was returned before and given back to Amazon, why are they selling it as a new one because I did not pay full price just to have someone else use it and have it a bit worn down by.

Yeah sounds to me like they have sent to a used mouse, if you planned to buy one new I advise to return it to amazon as it clearly isn't in a acceptable state. At no point should you have this issue. When you bought It from amazon, was the registered seller Razer or a different company?

I know sending it back is a bit of a pain, but Its clearly been used before and sounds like it was returned for a reason!

Yeah I'm 15 years old so I'm going to check if my dad is willing to return it because he hates all the hassle of returning it. What's more annoying is that I bought it from Amazon. Not a third party seller. Its disgraceful.

Hi there! Have you tried plugging it into a different PC to see if the issue persists?

Yes I have tried that and unfortunately my dad is too busy to return it so I guess I'm stuck with this. The main problem I'm facing with it is the scroll wheel isn't too responsive and is quite frustrating.

I see. Can you post a short video of the issue?
