Hello, my viper v2 pro today stopped working without the cable, it says the battery is at 100% but as soon as i take the cable off it does not resgister the dongle. I’ve tried everyway shown on the internet and nothing seems to work, notice a lot of people have been having this problem is there any way to fix it or any way for me to a replacement dongle?

+1Check if it’s available in windows device manager. If not, then check it on another PC. If it’s still not available - RMA it.
