When I attempt to connect my Barracuda X to my phone via bluetooth, the device doesnt show up on my Bluetooth pairing list, nor on Razer Audio. Mine is a 2022 model, and I’ve tried the press power button three times trick aswell. Still not pairing.

- Ensure your headset's firmware is up to date. This can often resolve connectivity issues.
- Double-press the SmartSwitch button on your headset. This will switch between Hyperspeed Wireless and Bluetooth modes. Ensure the LED indicator shows blue, indicating it's in Bluetooth mode.
