Razed viper ultimate not charging

I recently bought a razer viper ultimate with the charging dock and its working great however the battery has died and it no longer charges anymore. I’ve tried using both the charging cable and the dock but nothing works. I’ve tried updating and reinstalling synapse but still nothing.

    Have you tried cleaning both the pins on the dock and the mouse charging contact surface? If not yet, you can follow the steps here. If that didn't help, proceed with these steps. PM me the serial number if you're still experiencing the same issue so I can validate the model specifications of your device and forward your concern to the RMA Team for a replacement if necessary. *Thread closed to curb conversation to PM.
