I bought my razen kraken headset a few days ago, but I can't get rid of the static noise it produces. How can I fix this?

Hello! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Have you tried connecting it to a different computer and check if the issue persists? Make sure that you are connected to a USB port, not on a USB hub.

Hi, I can't connect it to a usb port, it just has the headphone jack.
