Razer 15 not staying asleep

I have a Razer Blade 15" and it is not staying asleep when I close the lid. I have the settings set so it goes to sleep when the lid is closed, however several times now I have taken it out of the case only to find it super hot with the fan running like crazy trying to keep it cool. Has anyone heard of this issue or ran into it themselves and how can this be resolved? I do not want to shut it down every time I close it, as that would be very inconvenient. Surely a $3,000 laptop can have a solution to this issue???

    Try to adjust the power configuration settings by going to Start -> Control Panel -> Power options -> Choose what happens when closing the lid. Should the issue persist even after adjusting the settings, PM me your device's serial number. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
