Hi,

I've had my Razer 2 for a little over 2 years now and I'm starting to have an issue where the charge port doesn't always register the charging cord. Has anyone had a similar issue? And how did they fix it?
Do you see any physical deformation from the charging cord? Have you tried using a different cord and see if the issue is the same? Please click this link and perform the provided resolutions. Let me know how it goes.
