razer 7.1 surround sound app not working


i had this app for long time and i had no issues with it until today when it stopped working it shows me the 7.1 output option but when i use it as default device it doesnt output sound and i cant change it too because the app is not working screenshot of the menu https://prnt.sc/v3ec37

This happened to me yesterday as well. I tried to uninstall, but when I try to reinstall the 7.1 software, it's not downloading.

my app isnt opening either. i just got my razer TE headphones and i tried to open this app but it just doesnt open. Hence, im not able to use the activation code either.

Bruh same. Do you have any recommendations on any better headsets? My Kraken X is already snapped in half so, gonna pick up another headset around Black Friday.

For the first time i invested so much on a gaming headphone and it turned out to be so bad. Even the support is trash. Its really annoying, idek what to do with these headphones.

I dont think I'll ever go for a razer product again. Its just overrated.

I think its the drivers, if you uninstall the drivers your computer wont be able to detect the headphones. I have uninstalled the drives my self and my computer wont detect my headphones at all but it worked fine before I uninstalled them. Sad thing is you cant install the drivers again. Never buying Razer products ever again.

Well my headphones are getting detected and I use the razer synapse software for it. I didn't like the audio output from it, so I just wanna try Razer Surround 7.1 but sadly the app just doesn't open.
