Razer 7.1 Surround Sound code not working

I bought my Razer Kraken X about a year ago but never tried to activate the surround sound until today. When I input the code, it says the license code is invalid. Also, I think I over-scratched the code so half of a number was scratched off but you can tell that it's the number 2.

Can you send me a photo of your scratch code along with a screenshot of the error message that popped up when you entered the code? That way, I can have a closer look at it. Also, please PM me the serial number of your device so I can check its registration status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
