Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Dissaperaring

Hello! Ive had rhe RAZER KRAKEN lite Headset for a while now and always used the 7.1 surroundsound, but yesterday the surround sound dissapeared from the playback device selection, I tried reinstalling and when it cam to selecting the 7.1 surround sound on the razer app, it wasn't there, im really confused. Whjy has thishappend and how do i get my surround sound back?!?!

    Same problem here as well. Just bought the lite headset and the audio device won't show up. Extremely miffed. Any solution yet?

    this problem starts with 2004 v of windows 10, the problem is in Razer softwares need to uptade.
