Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Dissaperaring


Hello! Ive had rhe RAZER KRAKEN lite Headset for a while now and always used the 7.1 surroundsound, but yesterday the surround sound dissapeared from the playback device selection, I tried reinstalling and when it cam to selecting the 7.1 surround sound on the razer app, it wasn't there, im really confused. Whjy has thishappend and how do i get my surround sound back?!?!

Та же проблема, только я переустановил ОС и скачал 7.1 surround, и при регистрации кракен 7.1 про гарнитуры пишет недействительный код лицензии...

Same problem here as well. Just bought the lite headset and the audio device won't show up. Extremely miffed.

Any solution yet?
