Razer 7.1 surround sound download button not working
Hello, ive recently purchased a razer kraken x usb headset for my pc. Everything works fine except the 7.1 surround sound feature, it actually wont install at all. I run windows 10 64-bit and when i try and download it from the website, nothing happens. I click the download button with no response. I assumed it was blocked permissions but ive checked and all permissions are allowed for the website. So for some reason that i dont know, not even the download button works so i cant even run the application for my device. Has anyone got any advice?

i am also having the same issue. this is the only program i am having an issue installing. all others download and install without issue. I've already run scans and checked permissions as well. funny thing is that it installed on my kids PC just fine. our setups are practically the same. idk
I had that problem while using chrome,
Try using a diferent browser like edge.
