Razer 7.1 surround sound software activation code missing

Hi there, Recently, I was given a Razer Blackshark V2 for Christmas. Are there different versions of this headset, and do only some of them include the 7.1 surround sound software? Mine did not include one in the box so just wanted to check and make sure. Thanks,

    Hello, only in the V2 X package you are given the activation code, in the more expensive versions the THX surround sound cover that, you need Razer Synapse for that.
