I installed the 7.1 Surround Sound software as instructed and logged in after installation. However, after I log in, the software just disappears and minimizes to the taskbar. The software is expected to display an interface where I can enable / disable the surround sound option.
Any idea why this is happening? If that helps, I have reinstalled the software several times already and rebooted after each installation.
I also tried running it as administrator, but the cursor only blinks and does nothing after that. Disabling antivirus and firewall also did not help, I need your help!

I have the same issue, but mine won't even run. When I click to load the program, I get an icon in the lower right corner of the screen that disappears when I mouse over it.
It's the same with me, and what should we do about it?

I finally found the problem
find the user where the UserData duplicated folder is
(C:\\Users\\WrongUsername\\AppData\\Local\\Razer\\RzAppEngine\\User Data) and copy/paste the User Data folder to the same path but in your actual user
(C:\\Users\\rightUserName\\AppData\\Local\\Razer\\RzAppEngine\\User Data).
Finally delete the user data folder from the wrong user, and try tu run the surround sound app, again. I hope it helps you
