Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Software Disappears After Log In and dont open.

I installed the 7.1 Surround Sound software as instructed and logged in after installation. However, after I log in, the software just disappears and minimizes to the taskbar. The software is expected to display an interface where I can enable / disable the surround sound option. Any idea why this is happening? If that helps, I have reinstalled the software several times already and rebooted after each installation. I also tried running it as administrator, but the cursor only blinks and does nothing after that. Disabling antivirus and firewall also did not help, I need your help!

I have the same issue, but mine won't even run. When I click to load the program, I get an icon in the lower right corner of the screen that disappears when I mouse over it.

It's the same with me, and what should we do about it?

Same with me aswell.
