Razer 7.1 THX Spatial Audio Activaction Code İssue

I bought new bought headset and Download all applications THX SPATIAL Audio and Razer Synapse 4. So registered my account my devices and I got activation code but all time I take “The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again.” error message. Anyone fix this I need help
