Razer Acc kept logging out every minute

Hey there, my razer account kept logging out automatically after a minute or so, i ve tried offline/online mode or putting kept me log in to true or false, but nothing seems to change. I still can log in and it automatically log out after a minute, i cant find a way to make it stop logging out, and it kept log out so i cant use my custom set hypershift function on my mouse, and also cant change the dpi. When i search online , i only found people need to re login sypnase acc after starting up pc, but mines different that it log out after i log in for a minute. Anyone can help? Or is there anyway to solve this?
