I got new razer headphones for my birthday I downloaded razer 7.1 surround sound and when i went to activate it using the code it said "invalid code" please someone help me

    Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use it to verify its model and assist you further. Also, include a photo of the error message. Save it via Google Drive, then send me the shareable link. Let's go from there. I'll be locking this thread.
