Razer ARGB Controller

Good morning, I am looking everywhere but I cannot find the answer to these dilemmas about the product I wrote in the title. I bought this hub even if initially I wanted to buy 2 to manage more than 6 fans but apparently it is not possible to make multiple devices work simultaneously so I only ordered 1. I would like to know how I can configure this hub to allow me to manage more than 6 fans through the splitters, being able to manage them individually ... For example: If I wanted to make a cascade effect I would like the fans to light up in the order I established from first to last in a progressive way. Finding no help, I'm literally going crazy. I wait for someone to help me.

Unfortunately, there's no way to manage daisy-chained fans/LED strips individually. Only the first device in the daisy chain will be recognized, and control all devices in the chain simultaneously.

Heck, I can't even get this thingy to work in either PC I plug it in to. The unit refuses to actually show up in the Synapse list *at all* but somehow still works via reactive profiles. This is scurry.

Having seen forum after forum about the issue I'm having, I am appalled that Razer still has zero solutions.
