RAZER ARTHERIS NOT CONNECTING TO BLUETOOTH AFTER RESTART

Pretty much what the title says. Whenever I turn off/on or restart my Razer Blade Stealth 13.3 Late 2019 laptop, my Razer Artheris does not connect to bluetooth. In bluetooth settings it says it is connected, but does not work. I have to remove device and add it again for it to connect and work. But once I restart etc the problem happens again. I've been googling for answers and no luck. I think the mouse is out of warranty as well so I am hoping someone here can help me.
