Razer Atheris can not open Bluetooth

Dear all, When I change the button of mice Atheris to Bluetooth connection, the light shows green after that it becomes blue and off. It doesn't work. (But it works normally when I connect by 2.4Hz) What is that problem? How can I fix it? Thank you.

    I have the same problem, I changed my computer and the bluetooth was not detected.
