Ive had the Atheris for a while now—it's a good mouse, but I haven't used it much since I usually rely on my laptop's touchpad. Recently, I decided to start using it again, but it wouldn’t turn on. I assumed the batteries were dead and didn’t think much of it until I finally replaced them. Now I'm a bit concerned because it still isn’t working. I’m using a Mac and I’ve heard about Razer Synapse—does Synapse need to be installed for the mouse to work?

I’m here to help. I understand that your mouse is no longer turning on even after changing the battery. To isolate teh problem, make sure the new batteries are inserted correctly, and try using another set of batteries to rule out any battery-related issues.
