Razer Atheris Mouse dongle pairing

I bought a Razer Atheris mouse, but I lost the dongle. I recently received a new dongle from Razer. When I plug it in, it appears as Razer Mamba wireless. It doesnt link with my mouse. I contacted support, but all they tell me is to run a troubleshooter. If someone could help me out, id be very grateful.

There is model no. on each dongle printed. Can you post model number or post a photo of the dongle? Maybe someone send wrong receiver.
