Hi, that is all, it suddenly stopped working on both options. The model is rc30-021702 and I have the latest update. Synapse recognizes the dongle but says that the mouse is off
Batteries fully charged, cant connect on any device.
On bluetooth and on 2.4 mode the light just flickers as if it was pairing
