Razer Atheris not connecting

I've been having a problem with the mouse where it wont connect via Bluetooth. I can see it on the paring menu but when I try to pair it it just tells me "try connecting your device again". I already tried pressing down the two side buttons and dpi to go into pairing which is why I can see it on the Bluetooth menu but it wont let me connect. I also tried turning off and on the Bluetooth on the laptop and still nothing. The drivers are up to date. I have a 2015 i7 razer blade stealth. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey! It's odd that your Razer Atheris is not connecting via Bluetooth. I got your back on this one, but let me ask some questions first to take a closer look at the issue. Does the same behavior happen when connecting your device via 2.4 GHz mode? Also, were there any changes made to your device before the occurrence of this issue?
