On going into pairing mode, and attempting to connect to device, I get a “try connecting your device again message”
This device was seamlessly working for quite some time on a dual boot setup. Adapters are all up to date and no recent software updates have been installed. Is it possible for Windows/Ubuntu to black list certain mac addresses which are not allowing for connections to go through?
+1I doubt, that Ubuntu/Windows are both blocking device from connecting.
You can try to pair with your phone via BT for eg.
Seems like something else is wrong, I also tried pairing to a third device but unable to connect there earlier. For reference, all connection attempts are via Bluetooth. Would a factory reset of the device help fix this?

anyone got a fix i have same problem with razer atheris and my adapter is lost.
Im facing the same issue, my mouse has been working normally for over 1 year, and now it stop connecting to my systems, (laptop, Phone, or PC / Mac, Windows, Android) its been seem but never connects, I have try delete drivers, check blutooth drivers, motherboard firmware upgrades, even after reinstalling windows no changes, not even my SmartTV connects to it, is there any resolution, I loved this mouse cause it always have been a great size companion on my gamer laptop.
