I generally had good experience with Razer products in the past. I bought a Razer Atheris which is perfectly ergonomic for my hand. I play shooter games a lot but I’m not happy with Atheris’ battery consumption.
2x AA Duracell batteries last only a week or so before it starts to drop the connection mid-play. It is unaccaptable my character in game looking to his feet while getting mag-dumped. I can not give you exact hours but nonetheless 2xAA batteries a week is a hole in my pocket.
Is there a firmware update or something for this? If not, can I RMA or get a replacement unit?
