I got a pair of Razer Hammerhead TWS X recently, and they just won't connect to the Razer Audio App. I have tried restarting my phone, app, bluetooth, device, and reinstalling the app, but the app just says searching for about 30 seconds and then says "unable to find your device". I have looked up solutions but none have worked for me. Can anyone please help me?

Try to reset the connection between your phone and the earbuds. Clear the cache of the app and make sure the earbuds have enough battery. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model specifications and forward your concern to the Software Team so they can check on this further.
