My problem with the audio mixer is that it suddenly emits noise (scratches/knaxing) as if the audio driver did not work properly. I always have to stake it off and reconnect it.
I have already reinstalled Synapse and already reset Windows 11 and the device. Does anyone have any idea why this could be?

Thanks for your answer, but it hasn't happened since today.
It solved itself :)
and the firmware was always up to date
after the last patch, sound that goes through my razer audio mixer is not good, it is 90% quieter than it should be no bass at all, reinstaled synapse3, updated all drivers , firmware is up to date , nothing is fixing the problem
