I bought Razer Hammerhead true wireless PRO headphones, installed the Razer Audio application on my phone, ordinary Bluetooth sees the headphones, and immediately connects to them, but the application does not see! I turned on geolocation, gave all the permissions on the phone, but it still doesn't see the headphones! How do I connect headphones to the app on my phone?

I’ve got the same problem as you, I just bought it and testing it today. The razer audio app doesn’t recognize the device (Hammerhead TWS Pro).
where is the support team for this this feels too off for them to put this into the market only to find out they discontinued the only app that can support to update the firmware even when reinstalling the razer audio app it doesn't sync with the devices on razer registered list of devices did they discontinue support for this without telling us?
Качайте приложение из независимых магазинов, оно обновляется и видит все наушники. Я так поступил и всё заработало. Проблема ушла. Ios наверно в пролёте. С android всё ок. Спокойно скачал со стороннего магазина и всё решилось. Смартфон huawei p60. Всё работает отлично даже прошивка наушников обновляется.
