+1Yes, but it requires disassembly, and you’ll loose warranty when you’ll do it.
+1Yes, but it just require opening the earmuff where the battery is installed, and most probably just unplug it and plug a new one (with the same pins and voltage, battery may be even slightly bigger if it’ll fit into the case), so I think that everyone with some manual skills can do it.
