Razer Baracudda X 2021 Mic and Dongle Issues

So I’ve had my Baracudda X for 2 years now but these issues has been a prominent issue for me ever since I got the headset. At first i thought it was a problem with the drivers of my laptop but upon buying a new laptop, the problem with the microphone cutting off during mid sentences, as well as the dongle producing static sounds in just minutes of using the wireless dongle, all problems still happen. what can i possibly do to at least make the mic useable because I am fine with using it via 3.5mm jack.
