Razer Barracuda broken plastic part after 1 year

Hello  everyone and Razer support!

I have  a Razer Barracuda wireless headset for more than two years. After the first year of usage, the plastic started to crack. The headset wasn't dropped or something like this.

I`m not asking about a warranty but I`d like to know if Razer has replacement part for this. Or maybe any suggestion to this issue

I need help, same thing happened to me just recently, same place as where yours broke, my warranty is still available, but the thing is the ticket requires a proof of purchase, specifically a receipt, and the thing is my father was unable to take a picture of it, I hope somebody can helpppp.

 


Same issue here, not even 2 years of use, not a single drop and the plastic just cracked. 

Bought on Amazon May 19th 2024, Amazon no longer gives support and Razzer doesn’t care

don't get to game as much as i use too as I'm married and have a full-time job but this is sad. I think ill go back to using a generic headset as it was better quality and lasted way longer. the design of what broke on all of our headsets was planned to fail… This is ludicrous that there aren't any available parts, the plastic only could cost a few cents…
