I bought barracuda x 2022 last week and faced an issue. I am a ps5 player. When I plug the dongle to usb-c port of the ps5 it doesn’t pair with the headphones. And when I connect it with the adopter (usb-a to usb-c) it paşrs and works with a problem: my mic transmits my sound so aeful that sounds like hands-free mode. I see so many people connected their headphones via usb c port to the ps5.
To help to detect to problem:
-Works well with bluetooth on iphone-mac-pc
-Dongle also doesn’t work on mac and pc
-Dongle with adopter works with pc however razer synapse doesn’t recognize the headphones.
Have anyone faced the same issue?
If I can handle the dongle issue I think my mic problem will be cleared.
