just bought the razer barracuda x mercury edition and I have noticed that Mos of the times headset have a popping noise while I'm watching a video and when I go back and listen it again there is no popping sound anymore so it means that it's not from video I've installed the latest firmware update Reinstalling driver nothing changed It's not just in wireless mode even in wired mode I have this issue and it's so annoying Does anybody solved this issue?

Hello fazic77,

Does the issue occur while Razer Synapse is closed? Does the popping sound occur consistently with all types of media, or is it specific to certain apps or videos? Have you tried using your headset with a different device to see if the problem persists? To isolate the issue, please try to disable any audio enhancements or third-party audio software. Kindly ensure that your audio settings are set to the recommended settings for your headset. You can find this in your computer's sound settings under the "Advanced" tab. You can also visit this article for a troubleshooting guide. If you need further assistance, please PM me your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. Save the shareable files via Google Drive. All the best!
