I have the same problem. Paid way too much for the nicest headset and it has the worst sound quality  I've ever experienced. Stereo sounds are great, anything gaming doesn't  work at all unless I pay more $ for THX... It seems to be a money grab, why sell the audio separate from my headset?

Had this same issue: Has to connect to Synapse 3 and it should pop up automatically. You don’t need a code or anything, just have to get it actually showing up in Synapse (Which was more difficult than it should have been).
