Razer Barracuda Pro Battery Issue

My headphones were purchased on March 3, 2023, but now on March 23, 2025 it has a battery problem, since it has passed the warranty, I would like to ask if there is any way to change the battery. The problem with it was that I changing the battery for a day, but he only had 8%, and it turned off again in less than 10 minutes. I in Malaysia

    Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue. The Barracuda Pro is not charging, it is always still at 32% with about 4-5 days charge.

      Hi ​@ai1love6,

      Do you mean to say that the battery status on Syapse is not showing the correct battery percentage? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the battery issue.
