Hello everyone.
Two months ago I purchased the headset Barracuda Pro and so far I have been using it with the Bluetooth. Unfortunately, it seems the type-c wireless dongle is faulty or not working (my pc does not recognize it when plugged).
I am a bit confused regarding what to do, as the headset cannot be sent back to the seller (purchased through amazon), do not really know how to navigate in the Razer Support on how to receive help, and cannot purchase a new dongle as they are out of stock. Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed?
