How do I fix this? I just bought this headset 1 week ago. Now my left audio is not working. I tried using it on wired, still the same result. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, turning off 7.1 surround sound, still nothing works.

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
